Licence and support

What you can do with a theme once you buy it, how long updates last, and what our support covers. Plain terms, no legal maze.

Last updated

Every purchase includes the theme files, lifetime updates, and six months of support. The only thing that varies between licences is how many sites you can install on.

What the licence covers

You get a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the theme on the number of sites your tier allows. You can modify the files, build a child theme, and keep using the version you have for as long as you like — a lapsed support window never disables anything.

  • Install on live, staging and local copies of the same site
  • Modify templates, styles and block patterns however you need
  • Use it for a client project, billed at whatever you charge
  • Keep every version you have downloaded, indefinitely

You cannot resell or redistribute the theme files themselves, or include them in another product that is sold on.

Licence tiers

Pick the tier when you buy. You can upgrade later and pay only the difference. Single covers one site and is included in the list price. Studio covers ten sites for an extra $120 per theme. Unlimited removes the cap for $340 per theme and includes priority support.

Updates

Updates are free for the life of the theme, and that is not a marketing phrase with an asterisk. When WordPress ships a major release we test every theme against it and patch what breaks, usually within two weeks.

Support

Six months of support comes with every purchase, extendable at $29 per year per theme. Support means we help you use the theme as built: setup questions, bug reports, block patterns behaving oddly. It does not cover custom development, third-party plugin conflicts we cannot reproduce, server problems, or teaching WordPress from scratch.

Refunds

Thirty days, no questions. If a theme is not what you expected, email us with your order number and we refund in full. We do not ask you to prove you tried.

Using themes for clients

You can hand a theme over to a client as part of a build. Transfer the licence to them at no cost by emailing us both names — the support window transfers with it. One licence covers one client site, so a ten-site agency year usually means the Studio tier.
